ADRIAN, Mich. - The Adrian College Acrobatics and Tumbling team hosted their second dual meet of the season on Friday against Gannon University. The Bulldogs dropped their first meet by the final score of 264.955 to 239.655.
The Golden Knights got their first win in three tries by winning each individual event. The top event for the Bulldogs was the Pyramid in which they scored 27.6 points out of a possible 30. Adrian found themselves down 61.92-53.35 after the Compulsory and Acro events.
The Pyramid was the closest scoring margin in the meet with a 28.8-27.6 in favor of Gannon. It was a 10-point margin after four events and Gannon seemingly sealed the win with a great Tumbling set of heats. The Golden Knights scored 51.125 out of 60 points while Adrian managed 42.725 points. The meet ended with the Team Routine in which Gannon scored 95.96 compared to 89.73 for the Bulldogs.
