Bulldogs Push Past Case Western Reserve 70-64

CLEVELAND--Four Bulldogs scored in double digits to help propel Adrian past Case Western Reserve 70-64 on Saturday. Christian Covile recorded his fourth double double of the season with 18 points and 10 rebounds for the contest.

DaVonte Harris was one rebound short of recording a double double while also scoring 19 points. Rickey Jackson Jr. (12) and Jordan Denham (10) were the other two Adrian players to score double digit points.

The score remained close with 11 lead changes throughout the game. The largest lead for the Bulldogs was 10 points, acheieved in the second half of the game. 

Adrian shot very well going 24-47 (51.1%) from the floor and 8-20 (40%) from the three point line. Case Western shot 22-62 (35.5%) from the floor and 7-22 (31.8%) from the three point line.

The Bulldogs will travel to Angola, Ind., next Saturday to compete in the Trine Classic. They will be facing Wis.-Oshkosh. Opening tip is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
