After a day of touring Bellagio, Italy and enjoying Lake Como, the Adrian College Bulldogs took on GTD Bellinzona in Switzerland on Sunday evening. The roster made up of last year's team, excluding incoming freshmen due to NCAA rules took the lead midway through the first period on a goal by Andrew Dovey on a feed from Josh Cousineau with Grant Telfer picking up the other assist.
The period came to a close with the Bulldogs up 1-0. The second period was good for the Bulldogs as they scored three times to to take a 4-0 lead heading into the dressing room. Duston Hebebrand, Shelby Gray and Zach Wilson scored in the stanza. Scott Shackell left the game at the midway point of the game with a shutout, making way for James Hamby. Early in the third, GDT Bellinzona broke through to cut the lead to 4-1 but couldn't get any closer as Pat George and Shawn Courtney rounded out the scoring for the Bulldogs.Bulldogs scoring
