ADRIAN, Mich.--Sophomore Sha'Trice Graves pulled down a game-high 18 rebounds for a career high and reached the 100 blocked shots plateau, but it wasn't enough as Adrian dropped a 46-44 decision at the hands of visiting Olivet on Senior Day in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's basketball action on Saturday afternoon.

TOP 'DAWGS
= Graves also had nine points, two steals and three blocks in the contest.
= Senior Ashley Morris paced all scorers with 12 points on 6-for-8 field goal shooting.
= Sophomore Rachel Bucher chipped in 11 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
= Freshman Addison Bergman had a nice statline of career-high-tying nine points, seven rebounds, two steals and a block.
THE OPPOSITION
= Fayth Talbert and Shawnee Dame led the Comets with 10 points apiece. Talbert recorded 12 rebounds to complete a double-double.
= Grace Clark matched Adrian senior Emily Somerville and Bucher for game-best three assists.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Tammy Lee hit a driving layup with 6 seconds left to give Olivet the go-ahead basket, 45-44.
= Adrian was 6-for-19 at the free throw line on the day and was 3-for-8 from the field with five turnovers in the final 6 minutes and 22 seconds.
= Olivet scored 17 points off 20 Adrian turnovers.
= The exciting game featured five ties and seven lead changes, and neither side held more than a six-point cushion.
= Adrian enjoyed the game's largest lead in the second quarter at 20-14 (Bergman jumpshot at 5:29) and Morris layup to give the 'Dogs a 23-17 halftime lead.
= The Bulldogs had two possessions after Lee's game-winning drive but freshman Rylee Campbell committed an offensive foul with four seconds left, and after Clark made one of two free throws to make it 46-44, Bucher couldn't connect on a contested layup two seconds later that could have forced overtime.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= The schools split the season series as Adrian won 62-40 in Olivet on Jan. 16. Adrian leads the all-time series 71-30, including 38-16 at home.
= Graves has 102 blocks in her two-year career, tying Tricia Clark (1993-97) for second place on the Bulldogs all-time chart.
= Morris is five points shy of 900 in her collegiate career.
= Prior to the opening tip-off, seniors Katie Crawford, Morris and Somerville were presented flowers and framed action photo to celebrate their contributions to the AC program.
