Acrobatics and Tumbling Falls Short to Concordia Wisconsin in Season Finale

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College acrobatics and tumbling team hosted Concordia Wisconsin and Trine University in a tri-meet on Friday afternoon. The Bulldogs and Concordia Wisconsin battled the whole way, but fell short losing by six points to the Falcons. 

Concordia Wisconsin won the meet with 238.985 while Adrian totalled 232.655 and Trine collected 192.940.

The Bulldogs led after the compulsory event with a score of 29.90 followed by Concordia Wisconsin with 28.45 and Trine with 23.40. Concordia won the acro event by 0.05 points over Adrian with 25.15 while the Bulldogs finished with 25.10. Concordia won the pyramid at 27.65 points followed by the Bulldogs with 26.95.

Adrian won the toss event with a 25.40 total score followed by the Falcons with 24.90 and Trine with 21.75. Concordia came away with the tumbling event with 47.925 points followed by Adrian with 44.075. Adrian fell short of Concordia in the team event with an 81.23 compared to the Falcon's 84.91. 

The Bulldogs complete its season with Friday's tri-meet.
